CUSTOM CLOTHES POLICY (ALTERATIONS ONLY)
Our custom pieces are made for sizes XXS - XXXXL. We can design your custom piece for any occasion such as bridal, prom, birthday, or just because you want something new and different. All custom Orders ship 5 - 14 business days after purchase. There are no refunds, no exchanges, and no store credits after you purchase a custom item or pay a deposit for your custom item. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE(due to time lost searching for the perfect fabric and accessories, buying the fabric and accessories that can not be returned to the fabric stores). RUSH ORDERS ARE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $55.00 - $105.00 (per item) WHICH YOU CAN ADD WHEN YOU CHOOSE EXPRESS SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT. Due to the nature of Girl Crush by C. John creating custom pieces we will perform alterations on your custom item to ensure it fits you properly but we will not offer a refund on any item on Girl Crush by C. John website. The customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs for the alterations. The customer will have to pay to ship the item to us and if the customer wants the item expressed shipped the customer will be responsible for the cost. Girl Crush by C. John wiil ship the item back at our cost for non-express shipping. If a customer wants a change to their custom piece that is not related to the fit of the item the customer will be charged an additional fee depending on the changes and how much fabric would need to be purchased to perform such changes.
BANDAGE CLOTHES POLICY (EXCHANGE ONLY)
YOU MUST CALL OR EMAIL TO SEE IF YOUR ORDER QUALIFIES FOR AN EXCHANGE! We want you to love your new purchase. But, if your bandage item is too big or too small we will exchange any unworn and unwashed GIRL CRUSH BY C. JOHN bandage merchandise within 4 days from the date received for the appropriate size only. (you as the customer can not exchange your item for a different bandage design; you can however exchange your bandage item for a custom design but you as the customer will have to pay the price difference). All exchange merchandise must be in new condition. If the size you need is out of stock by the time we receive your confirmed exchange bandage item then you can receive a store credit minus the shipping cost. We do not offer refunds. As a GIRL CRUSH BY C. JOHN customer you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. Please make sure you add a tracking code and provide it to us when you ship the package back. Girl Crush By C. John will not be responsible for packages lost in transit and will not issue refunds or exchanges based on lost packages. Once we receive your package we will ship out your new package as soon as possible but please note we are receiving new orders daily and if the exchange item is purchased by a customer we will service the new order with the item; so it is best to purchase your exchange item and receive a refund for the previous bandage purchase minus the restocking fee and shipping. If by chance you are allowed to exchange for a higher price item you as the customer will have to pay the difference. Kindly note that all items returned for an exchange incur a 35% restocking fee of the product’s cost. All exchanges take 1-30 days to process and to be mailed. (There are no refunds, no exchanges, and no store credits after purchase on a custom item or custom item payment plan.)
