Please allow 1- 2 business days for processing and shipping of all orders being shipped within the United States and International. It takes all orders within the United States and International 1- 2 business days to process depending on your method of payment.  All items purchased are shipped 1-10 business days after cleared payment, processing, and shipping choice. After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, STORE CREDITS for orders that are not delivered by Time Desired, Weather Related Delays, Shipping Carrier Delays, or Backordered Delays.

All orders placed after 3:00 p.m.(est) is considered the next business day and all orders placed after 3:00pm(est) the day before a holiday/bank holiday or 3:00pm(est) the day after a holiday/bank holiday will not be processed for shipping until the next business day. Express shipping is available for most orders as long as the order is placed by 3:00pm(est) that day and your delivery time for Express Shipping is dependent on your USPS office and your address.

All orders are subject to verification. Bandage Backorder is defined as bandage orders that are being restocked, delayed by GOD related events (such as weather), or a high shipping demand. If bandage items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be charged and the bandage merchandise will be shipped when the item is available to be shipped. We do not have control over what becomes a bandage backordered items. Bandage Backordered merchandise usually ships 1-10 days after purchase. Bandage Backordered items will ship out via your choice of delivery during your purchase. During the Chinese New Year any of our bandage items that are supplied from Europe/Asia will be placed on  bandage backorder and will ship after the Chinese New Year Celebration February 11 - March 1.

Due to the nature of our customers ordering custom clothes and bandage clothes, Girl Crush by C. John has given you an approximation of shipping details that includes the design and sewing time.
